Full Legal Agreement
This is a legally binding agreement between you (the licensee) and FONTBENDER. By purchasing and downloading fonts from FONTBENDER, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement.
1. Grant of License
FONTBENDER grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased font software according to the license type you selected.
2. Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the font software to any third party. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the font software.
3. Ownership
The font software is licensed, not sold. FONTBENDER retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the font software, including all copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The font software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. FONTBENDER disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
